Terms of Service
- By creating an account or using ZZARVEN ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
- ZZARVEN provides tax estimation, advisory, preparation referral, accounting, and training services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Tax advice is provided by assigned advisors and is limited to the scope of the engagement.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Tax estimates generated by our tools are approximations for planning purposes and do not constitute a filed return.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service security, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
- We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Refund Policy
- Subscription plans: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period remains active until it ends and is non-refundable.
- Tax Academy course purchases: One-time course purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the curriculum. Installment plan payments are non-refundable once the corresponding billing cycle is processed.
- Tax preparation and advisory services: Because these involve personalized advisor time, fees are non-refundable once an advisor has begun work on your engagement. If no work has started, you may request a refund within 3 business days of purchase.

Tax Disclaimer
- Information provided by ZZARVEN, including tax estimates, advisory responses, and Academy content, is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute formal tax, legal, or accounting advice.
- Tax laws change frequently. Always consult a qualified tax professional before making decisions based on estimates or guidance from this platform.
- The Tax Academy curriculum is based on publicly available IRS publications and is intended for educational use. Completion of the course does not guarantee a passing score on any official examination or certification.

- ZZARVEN is committed to making our platform usable for everyone. We strive to follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines for our web and mobile interfaces.

Payments
- Checkout and payment processing are handled by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). We do not store your full card number or banking details.
- By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected service or subscription at the displayed price and billing frequency.
